7/17/2024- In the AA Plan, there is a phrase that says: "Accessibility form on file with the Office of Disability Services." If it is a student accomodation file, it will go through Amy Jackson in the Office of Disability Services. If it is accessibility documentation forms or files, it will be reviewed by Seth Kerney in the IDEAS Department.
